Hello, although I am running Windows 10, this probably applies to Windows 8 also, but how do I make my computer sound like windows 7 other than copying all the files and setting the sound manually?

Not sure about what you mean with "sound like windows 7" ..........................

This depends on the Speakers you had with windows 7 and also the driver program.

Are you on another computer than the windows 7, or the same one ?? You talk about Windows 7 / 8 / 10 as if they are all on one system at the same time ??

I probably should've simplified. I don't really like Windows 8's sound effects (which are the same as the Windows 10 sfx), so I'd like to move the Windows 7 sound effects to Windows 10. Am I able to just replace the Windows 8 sounds with the Windows 7 sound effects?

...other than copying all the files and setting the sound manually?

I'm afraid that's what you have to do.
