PC shuting down on CMD

Hello friends,

 

My Computer gets shutdown when I type cmd in run prompt to start command prompt,  please help me solve this problem. How solve that trouble?

Can you use regedit?  Is your AV disabled or functioning properly?  Can you visit the Microsoft website?

Yes i download silver right from microsoft site.

 

It did such things only on CMD.

Try typing command, rather than the abbreviated version.
