repair, delete after moved to chest

Once avast moved all infected files and programs to chest what do I do? Repair all? Delete all? Fix all? Move all to chest.

Generally, files quarantined should be left there until you are satisfied they weren't put their by mistake...they were actually

malware or adware files. Once you have determined that you can permanently delete them.
