My budget for the new computer is:
$700-ish
What are the primary uses for this computer (IE: mail, web browsing, programming, games, etc)?
Mainly web browsing, watching videos, doing school work. I basically use my computer as a TV.
What software do you intend on using on the computer?
Chrome, skype, dropbox, spotify, Microsoft office,
Do you play games? If so, what type of games?
Minecraft occasionally but thats it.
Do you tend to have a lot of programs running at the same time, or do you close every program when you are done using it?
I usually have at least a couple programs running, sometimes more. I close a program when I am completely done.
Do you store a lot of pictures or music on the computer?

Yes. I have every season of Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead and a couple of other shows plus a couple of movies.
Will you be overclocking?
no

Location for online shopping/shipment/prices?
Doesn't really matter. Amazon, bestbuy, official websites.
How many monitors are you planning to use?
1, maybe 2.
Do you need peripherals? OS?

No. Windows 8,7

I would rather buy it pre-built if I can. Thanks for the reply though.
