HELP.. BSOD

Hello guys in the previous days my laptop produce BSOD for several times , restarting my pc, there was 2 different error messages the one i get the most is " BAD POOL CALLER" and "SYSTEM THREAD EXPEPTION NOT HANDELD" , please i need some help about this....

Please post screenshots of the error messages. Also, add some info on your computer, etc.

Just did some simple research - Try updating drivers, starting with the Video Driver. Bad drivers often cause BSOD's and "BAD POOL CALLER"

Please attach the last 2 .dmp files from c:\windows\mindump and I will look at it for you.

when i tried to attach the .dmp files ,a message appears saying that i dont have permision to open that file ....

(i dont have any screenshots from the BSOD)

my laptop is 

HP ENVY 15-j151sa 15.6"

Copy the files to your desktop, and then try to add them. If they still resist zip them into an archive and load them to fileover and post the link.

The last process on the stack before it stops is run by your network drivers, please update both your wireless and LAN from here

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  When  FileHippo opens, click on Download latest version in the upper right pane.
 
When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.
 
The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

The following screen will appear, click on Copy to Clipboard.

In your next post right click inside the Reply to Topic box, then click on Paste.  This will load a link to the Speccy log.
 
 

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
 
• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
• List Minidump Files
 
Click on Go to start the scan.  Once it is finished highlight the text, copy it and paste it in your next post.

What I'm seeing here is hal.dll causing ntoskrnl  to crash. The only fix for this I know is an in place install.

 

Perhaps someone else can see a better fix for this situation.
