my computer go black with an annoying buzz sound

i have a computer for work related purpeses (video editing.Compositing and stuff) 


his about 3 or 2 years old. 



about a month ago, he started to crush and the screen went completly dark. at the time it happaened only when i was runin anything that includes sound. and now its hapening everytime i do somthing that take a little effort. like copying files from one place to another.


and everytime it goes the last audio matirial that being played is turning into this annoying buzzing. 



i should point out it happened to me on my previous computer except that back then


it occur every time i was runing games. and it keep happened more and more often 


can any one tell whats the problem is and how to fix it?

Sounds like a failing hard drive. If you can manage it, try to back up the computer. You'll probably have to replace the hard drive. I would wait for another person's opinion.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
