hey guys

im looking for a gaming laptop with the following specs

12 gb ram minimum

17 inch screen or more

graphics 2gb minimum 3 or 4 if in the price range

weight is not an issue but lower is better

support for all the display ports (hdmi, vga, thunderbolt)

good number of usb ports 4 atleast

processor clocked at 2.6ghz or higher

support for dual or even triple monitor

this sounds like something i would build in a desktop pc

but i need something that i can take around in planes and while travelling and not have to caryy monitors and/or keep monitors anywhere

my budget is about 1100 dollars but i can stretch to 1200

also recommend a good tsa approved laptop bag/travel bag... ive seen some of swissgear which are like 55 bucks :/

This laptop seems to fit most of your needs, but you will be hard-pressed to find all of those requirements in a laptop for that budget. From what it sounds like, you will be putting a lot of stress on the machine and typically this much usage would be much better on a desktop, with proper air flow and cooling.

Hey my friend, I also recommend what gamerNathan mentioned. If you will buy a laptop it will help you to carry with while travelling. What i want to specially suggest is buying a laptop and mouse to connect with the laptop, it will provide extra life to your laptop.
