GameHarbor.org opens in Google Chrome after starting pc

After starting my pc chrome immediately opens to gameharbor.org. 

I would greatly appreciate any help with what ever is causing this.

I ran FRST here are the logs.

fixed the problem with this.(https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/158049-on-startup-i-get-adverstafforg/)

problem was a registry key running through cmd.exe on start up 

ran Malwarebytes and for once it work. so far no repeats
