Hello All,

I recently got a windows 8 HP Touchsmart Beats audio laptop that would not boot correctly. So i was able to do a refresh and it booted great. But now i have all these update (102 i think) and when i try to do a "update and restart" it will get stuck in a loop saying "preparing to configure windows" and it will not come out of the loop. Iv let it sit for HOURS  :scratchhead: . and the only way to get out of the loop is a cold power down and sometimes that wont do it. So what im asking is now i am able to boot fine and everything works great but it is still telling me i need to update and restart and i just know soon as i do it will get stuck in another loop. Is there steps i can take to keep it from getting stuck before i update like clearing certain folders? Thanks for all replies and help greatly appreciated!!
