I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 running Windows 8.1 64-bit, and it's fine on AC power, but on battery power if I try to put it to sleep, shutdown or reboot, I get a BSOD. The BSOD message is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Also, on battery power, the touchpad sometimes stops responding until I reboot, provoking a BSOD.

I've attached my minidump.
