I Have already Product Key for Windows XP Home Edition 32 bit,but i lost my OS CD,can someone help me?

i want to download Windows XP Home Edition OEM EN. Thanks you

AFAIK...there is no legal download of XP available.

 

Best thing I can suggest would be to find someone or some shop with XP...who is willing to burn you a copy of XP Home.

You may be able to contact Microsoft as well. Depending on if the copy was manufacterer installed or store bought they may be able to send you a backup cd for a fee. I had a client that was able to do this a few months ago for a copy he purchased in store some years back. He said all they needed was the CD key to verify ownership and charged him a fee. He did not mention however the actually cost of the fee.
