This is a post that I put on Yahoo Answers big mistake. I am not a beginning computer person but I do not build my own. I want a laptop that is affordable yet strong please any suggestions would help. All that I have seen have pros and cons. I do know I do not want a HP or a Dell they are to me inferior in build. Here is the post. This is what I need. I need it to be really fast I hate lagging even a little bit. I do a lot of surfing, email, etc. I sometimes multitask. I watch a lot of movies and play basic games. It has to have a 17" or larger screen for the movies. I am not worried as to weight it is more of a desktop than laptop although I do need it to be portable. I don't want to spend more than 800.00 give or take. What is the best one for what I need and price range I am undecided and would like suggestions? Thank you
