Hi all. Hope someone can help a new guy to the forum. Certain websites are inaccessible from my computer for some reason. One that sticks out in my head is people.freenet.de, but there are others. It doesn't matter which browser I use (firefox or ie) ,whether my cookies are on or off. I've even commented and un-commented adserver.freenet.de in my hosts file. I did this because at one time, the YAHOO banner would not display on my computer, and I modified my host file and fixed this problem. I'm using adaware and avg free as protection for my computer. Best I can tell, my system is clean - it runs like a champ. This is more of an "annoyance" than a real problem, just like not having the Yahoo banner before. I like things to work. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
