I am having an intermittent BSOD on my system and I already tried googling for solution from the data I gathered from "BlueScreen Viewer". So far I haven't found any information identical to the problem I'm having right now.

Both "BAD_POOL_HEADER" and "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" errors disappeared after I uninstalled "TeraCopy". I did disable first the context menu option of TeraCopy because windows explorer crashes whenever I right click on any file, folders and icons.

Now another BSOD occured which was the "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". Sometimes it reboots immediately after windows screen boots up.

The Driver Verifier can be useful in finding a faulty driver and listing it.

1)  To endable Driver Verifier click on the Start orb, then type cmd in the Search programs and files box.  cmd will appear above the search box in Programs, right click on cmd and choose Run as administrator

2)  The Elevated Command Prompt will appear.  You will see a window similar to the image below.

elevatedcommandpromptw7_zpseba8c499.png

3)  In the Elevated Command Prompt type or copy and paste verifier /standard /all.  If you type this please not the space between verifier and /standard and /all.

4)  Reboot your computer and run it until it crashes.

5)  If there is a faulty driver Verifier should list it.  Once you have identified the faulty driver download the latest drivers for this device and install them.

6)  After you have successfully installed the drivers boot into Safe Mode.

For those unfamiliar with this, with the computer turned off press the power button on your computer and immediately start tapping the F8 key until the Advanced Boot Options open.  If the operating system starts to boot you will need to try this again.

When you boot into the Advanced Boot Options you will see an image similar to the one below.

abow7_zpsc072f26e.png  Windows 7

7)  In the Advanced Boot Options you will need to navigate to Safe Mode with Command Prompt and press Enter.  This will boot you into the Elevated Command Pormpt.

8)  In the Elevated Command Prompt type in verifier /reset.  This will disable the Driver Verifier.

9)  Type exit in the Elevated Command Promt and press [/b]Enter[/b], this will close the Elevated Command Prompt.  Press Alt Ctrl and Delete at the same time.  In the lower left corner of this window there will be a red button, the left half of this button will shut down the computer when it is clicked on.

10)  Restart your computer.

Alright! thanks! I'll do this later. Since the error code was "tcpip.sys" as the caused of BSOD, I'm suspecting that the LAN driver could be the faulty one. I'll post later for any updates. Thanks!

I suspect the same thing.

I will be in and out the next two days due to a family health issue.

UPDATE

Lately, the BSOD got even worst and everytime Windows boots normally the "explorer.exe" immediately crashes and pop's up an APP CRASH error code.

I already run "MemTest8" on the system and I got 657 errors in just the first pass (11 minutes run-time). It's my first time to use "MemTest8" which I haven't got any experience on this program and based on what I've read, a single error indicates a defective RAM. So, is it safe to conclude that I must replace it with a new one?

Thanks!

It's not that simple :), IMO.

Ram errors can result from MB/slot problems...or troubled RAM modules.

If there are multiple modules, you have to test them separately, in pairs, in all slots of the board.

See Memtest86+ Guide-How To's - Overclockers Forums - http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=409152

With the results you have the likelihood that you have a bad RAM module is very high.

If you have two or more modules you should remove all but one module and see if the BSOD continues with it.

If it doesn't, move the module to the next RAM slot.  If there are more than two you should try all of them to rule out the possibility that you have a bad RAM slot.

If you don't find a problem with any of the RAM slots you need to try the remaining modules one at a time in the first RAM slot.
