Cant Use Mouse Or Keyboard

I am rebuilding an antec computer and i could not get monitor to work so i put in a g force card, but now i cannot get the mouse or keyboard to work this sounds like a motherboard problem i think any ideas?

cant rteally help you id say it was motherboard try clearing the cmos

Hrrrrmm, it could be the port is dirty, or possibly damage. If it's an older computer, and you're using a newer mouse, you may need the driver for it. Are they USB, or serial ( I think it's called that? ) The green purple circular ports.
