Hi i've been having lag recently in certain games i spoke to a few people and was recommended to do the following

windows + r then type shutdown -s -t 5 it'll fix your lag

Will this actually help or is it some troll trying to mess with my PC.

Sounds like someone messing with you.

There is no one single thing to do to stop "lag".

It's always an accumulation of various small problems.

1) Too many processes running in the background.

2) Malware and.or virus'.

3) OS needs to be repaired.

4) File corruption.

5) Hard drive too full.

All is well in Paradise.
