When I plug my earphones into the socket on the front of my pc,only one earphone works, its the same when I try the one at the back.

I have checked my sound settings in the cpanel they seem fine,I have tryed two sets of earphones, its the same with both, if I plug the earphones in half way the left works, if i plug they in fully the right only works.

I'm on winxp

Help!

Is you audio onboard or PCI? If it's a PCI card change it out. If it's onboard, what motherboard are you using?
