Hello sirs/madams:

I had to format that line as though I were writing a business letter because my comma key--a trusted companion of mine up until a few days ago--is seemingly out of commission. Whenever I hit the comma key the only thing that gets input is a "b". Even though my regular "b" key works completely fine.

I have tried many things. My keyboard language is English-US; I tried out multiple keyboards so it is a computer issue; my on-screen keyboard looks fine; I tried different USB slots; I virus-scanned; I installed new keyboard drivers. I am very much at a loss for words and I hope I can get this sorted!

Thank you very much

- Richard

Hi Richard,

I was intrigued by your problem, especially with multiple keyboards, which makes it appear as though it is somehow mapped differently.

Take a look at this thread on another forum and see if it pertains:

Let me know,

Kurt
