Hello.  I'm filling out a form that asks for a link to my Facebook page.  I don't know what that is.  I've always logged into Facebook and there my page was.  I don't know how to tell anyone else how to go to a Facebook page, specifically, my Facebook page.

Would someone please tell me the format of addresses so I can fill in what I think is the identification of the page and see how it works?  Thanks.

Al

It is probably referring to the url. Just go to the address bar at the top of the page and copy and paste it.

Are you sure?  The URL has a couple of slashes and a long string of numbers.

I don't think that when we ask someone what's their website or Facebook page or whatever,  they give us something with a couple of slashes and a long string of numbers.

They are asking for a link for your web address. That's what a url is.

In Account Settings, your Username is the URL anyone will use to find your public Facebook page.

It will generally be of the form http://www.facebook.com/firstname.lastname.number
