black screen. asaport.sys missing

Hi, computer was working ok until I restarted it. Now I get a black screen: WINDOWS BOOT manager
file: ataport.sys

I have win7 premium 64 bit. I have the upgrade win7 disk. Startup repair did not work.
restore point and disk image are not available. I have rkill, slimcleaner and malewarebytes on the computer but not used. It won't load in safe mode.

Tried Chkdsk and scannow.
Asaport. sys missing.
