I tried to access menshealth.com a few nights ago to read their workouts while at the gym, and got an error messages like this: 403 forbidden by administrative rules _SERVERNAME_ . I was on my phone, and was able to access it from my computer. My phone was not connected to wifi. I shut my phone off and was able to go right to it? It hasn't done it again. What could be the cause of this?

It was likely the website, not your phone that caused the error. It looks like you may have been redirected to a protected page. No clue why this might have happened, but rest assure your Apple device was not the cause.
