free anti-virus program for Android system

I have a Samsung tablet that has an android 4.2.2 operating system. Can anyone recomend a free anti-virus program for it. I am not clear if you can use the same programs as windows uses.

I am not clear if you can use the same programs as windows uses.

Many vendors who make Windows security products also make versions for Android. You cannot use a Windows version on your Android. You need to be sure that whatever security product you end up choosing is for Android, not Windows.
