Hi everyone. My name is andrew and I'm new to the forums. I am hoping someone can resolve this issue for me. I have a laptop which has been formated. It is a toshiba satellite. Not sure exact model. But for some reason whenever I tried installing windows 7 , the screen would turn white once the files started expanding when the battery s in the laptop. It would turn bble when the battery was out.

Whenever I try a windows 8 install. It won't let me pass the windows logo screen where it's loading. I don't think it's overheating because I have left it on for days at startup and it runs. I've tried pulling out ram and putting back in. Tried different power cords. I'm really clueless atm. Please if someone could help, I would appreciate

Thank you
