Hi, I'm trying to clear a database table of data and reset autoindex to 1

<!DOCTYPE html><html><head><meta
charset=utf-8><title>database table remove
//    error_reporting(0);error_reporting(E_ALL ^
//============== check connection
if(mysqli_errno($con))    { echo "Can't Connect to
testtbl:".mysqli_connect_error(); }
else    { echo "connected to testtbl</br>";
if(isset($_POST['total'])) mysqli_query($con,"TRUNCATE TABLE testtbl
set id=1"); mysqli_close($con); ?>
