Hello! One of the programs I use for pc clean up or virus removal is HitmanPro. The problem I am having is lets say a customer installed Hitmanpro free trial for 30 days well that 30 days passes then they look at websites they shouldn't :nono:  then bring it in for a clean up when it catches a money pak virus. I am unable to run HitmanPro (as well as other antivirus program with trial periods ex. Malwarebytes) in attempt to remove the virus. Is there a way around this maybe reset the trial period some how? Would i have to get in to the registry keys and remove it manually im just not for sure on this.

Thanks any tips help!

Your question in regards to a possible workaround should be directed to HitmanPro Support.

Erik Loman (erikloman) and Edwin Engels (eengels) are two SurfRight Reps. who visit BC on occasion to answer questions and provide assistance.
- Edwin can be contacted by email at edwin@surfright.com
- Erik can be contacted by email at erik@surfright.nl

As SurfRight Reps, they would be far more familiar with any issues encountered using HitmanPro than any of our staff or forum members.
