Yesterday while in shop on pc, everything working fine until I tried to pick up a radio station online. Windows 7 ,now when I start pc up,all icons appear, when I hit Internet explorer icon, cant remember exact wording but wont connect.Internet checkers still comes on and plays as usual but home page or nothing else does. Did go to set hompage thing to check if it was still set to bellsouth and it is. What else can I check before wife hits me with a stick. Have 2 other pc,s in house all 3 tied together with wireless, other two work fine. Thanks

Hi

1. Click the Start orb, in the Search programs and files box type internet.

2. When the list populates find the section Control Panel (xx), find the entry Internet Options, right click on it and left click Open.

3. When the Internet Properties window opens note the entry listed in the Home page section of the General tab.

4. Click the Advanced tab. Click the Restore advanced settings button, Click the Reset button.

5. When the Reset Explorer Settings window opens, tick the box next to Delete personal settings and click the Reset button.

6. Click Close on the Reset Explorer Settings window with the green checkmarks.

7. Repeat steps 1 & 2.

8. On the General tab in the Home page section enter the address of the homepage you desire.

9. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page. Click OK to close the window.

When you open Internet Explorer for the first time you may notice your Menu bar, Favorites bar, Command and Status bars missing.

Right click in the blank space at the top of your IE window and tick the choices you wish to restore.

Lots of luck and please keep BC posted!
