I have vendor finance software programme 'LoanAlet'.  My laptop was factory reset recently due to viruses.  I attempted to reload LoanAlert and needed to provide the original primary key.  The company I bought it from has gone out of business.  I have the secondary key which one used in order to confirm the purchase.

How do you reload the application without a primary key?

Sounds to me like an issue that should be addressed to software developer, regardless of how you acquired your keys.

Thank you Louis.

How does one find out who the developer was?  The company has gone out of business and so have no way of contacting them.
