After successfully running ADWcleaner on a friends laptop it seems DHCP is not grabbing an IP address from any network I connect it to. I simply get an autoconfig ipv4 address and thats it. I have checked inetcpl for proxies, nothing. Ran rKill with no hits. Uninstalled/reinstalled network driver to no avail. I have also done the following commands after restarts.

netsh winsock reset

netsh interface ipv4 reset

netsh interface ipv6 reset
ipconfig /flushdns
