Mod Edit:  Split from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/528644/issue-with-saving-and-uploadingattaching-files/ - Hamluis.

Hi all,

i was told to come here, and completey relate to all the previous posts, except for the posts about Rapport and Trusteer (I have none of them appearing on my computer). Initially, I thought the issue might've come from installing the google talk plugin back in early July, which is when I stopped being able to upload/load/attach files. But after deleting Google talk and restarting, I still wasn't seeing any changes...

I've tried isolating all my add-ons, all my plugins. Deleted them. Unistalled (completely) and re-installed Chrome, FF and IE. But nothing seems to do the trick.

It's not the first time I've read about bank related programs, but I don't see any of these programs in my control panel. So 3 months is a long time not being able to understand what is wrong. I usd Window 7 and Microsoft security essentials btw.

Thanks a lot for any future helper!

Hi HM88,

These problems are most annoying but we are blessed with great support from the many helpful contributors, I'm afraid as a limited experience user I am unable to guide you with your problem, suggest you continue searching for help I'm sure someone will be interested enough to guide you through a cure.

Good Luck

Your problem is similar but not identical to the one Triss was having, so please download and run MiniToolBox and post the report in your next post, you can get it here -

And download and run Speccy. Once you have run it, publish the link to the Speccy report in your next post as well, you can get Speccy here -

And these two images will show you how to get the Speccy link -
