Hello tenisverma and  :welcome: to BleepingComputer's Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal forum.

My name is Yılmaz and I'll help you with the cleanup of malware from your computer.

Before we move on, please read the following points carefully.

  • Please complete all steps in the specified order.
  • Even if tools don't find malware, I want you to post the logfiles anyway.
  • Please copy and paste the logfiles directly into your posts. Please do not attach them unless you are instructed to do so.
  • Read the instructions carefully. If you have problems, stop what you  were doing and describe the problems you encountered as precisely as  you can.
  • Don't install or uninstall software during the cleanup unless you are told to do so.
  • If you can't answer for the next few days, please let me know. If  you haven't answered within 5 days, I am assuming that you don't need  help anymore and your topic will be closed.
  • I can not guarantee that we will find and be able to remove all  malware. The cleaning process is not instant. Please continue to review  my answers until I tell you that your computer is clean
  • Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic
  • As my first language is not English, please do not use slang or idioms. It could be hard for me to understand.

  • Please open as administrator  the computer. How is open as administrator  the computer?
  • Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, as they will  interfere with our tools and the removal. If you are unsure how to do  this, please refer to get help here

Thanks

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please do the following.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Are you still with us?

Sincerely

Hi tenisverma,

İmportant:

I see a number of lines in your log which are related to cracks, torrents and kerygens. I shall provide this warning:

The practice of using keygenshacking toolscracking toolswareztorrents or any pirated software is not only considered illegal activity, but it is a serious security risk which can turn a computer into a virus honeypot or zombie.

When you use these kind of programs, be forewarned that some of the worst types of malware infections can be contracted and spread by visiting crack, keygen, warez and other pirated software sites. In many cases, those sites are infested with a smörgåsbord of malware and an increasing source of system infection. Those who attempt to get software for free can end up with a computer system so badly damaged that recovery is not possible, and it cannot be repaired. When that happens there is nothing you can do besides reformatting and reinstalling the OS.

If you want to read on then the full post is here.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Uninstall/remove all entries related to 10Bit  that program has dubious history..

Personally I would not trust installing any software from a company that resorts to stealing someone's technology to sell their product. Please see the following links and make up your own mind if you want to keep this on your system. If needed I can help you remove it.

IOBit Steals Malwarebytes' Intellectual Property

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Going over your logs I noticed that you have µTorrent installed.

  • Avoid gaming sites, pirated software, cracking tools, keygens, and peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing programs.
  • They are a security risk which can make your computer susceptible to a wide variety of malware infections, remote attacks, exposure of personal information, and identity theft. Many malicious worms and Trojans spread across P2P file sharing networks, gaming and underground sites.
  • Users visiting such pages may see innocuous-looking banner ads containing code which can trigger pop-up ads and malicious Flash ads that install viruses, Trojans and spyware. Ads are a target for hackers because they offer a stealthy way to distribute malware to a wide range of Internet users.
  • The best way to reduce the risk of infection is to avoid these types of web sites and not use any P2P applications.

It is pretty much certain that if you continue to use P2P programs, you will get infected again.
I would recommend that you uninstall µTorrent, however that choice is up to you. If you choose to remove these programs, you can do so via Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1:

I would suggest you to go through the following steps and check.

İE Proxy reset:
a ) Under "Tools" in the browser tool bar select "Internet Options".
b ) In the "Internet Options" Window that pops up, click the "Connections" tab at the top.
c ) Click "LAN Settings" near the bottom of the "Connections" section.
d ) If the "Proxy server" checkbox is marked with a check, click it to deselect/uncheck it.
e ) Click "Ok" to close the "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" window.
f ) Click "Ok" to close the "Internet Options" Window.

Now check if you are able to connect to Internet Explorer.

Firefox proxy reset:

http://How to reset the proxy infirefox

To check your Firefox proxy settings:

  1. Click the menu button and choose Options

  2. Select the Advanced panel.
  3. Select the Network tab.
  4. In the Connection section, click Settings....
  5. Change your proxy settings:
    • If you don't connect to the Internet through a proxy (or don't know whether you connect through a proxy), select No Proxy.
  6. Click OK to close the Connection Settings window.
  7. Click OK to close the Options window

Chrome proxy reset:

  1. Click "Customize and Control Google Chrome" menu.
  2. Click "Options" button.
  3. Under "Google Chrome Options" window select 'Under the Hood" tab
  4. In the 'Network' section, click the "Change proxy settings" button.
  5. Under "Internet Properties" window click "Lan settings" button.
  6. Under "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" window click on the Proxy server for your LAN"
  7. If you don't connect to the Internet through a proxy (or don't know whether you connect through a proxy), select No Proxy. (unticked)
  8. Click OK and Apply to save the settings.

Step 2:

  •  To enable the viewing of Hidden files follow these steps. Please note a guide with images that shows the same steps can be found here:

How to show hidden files in Windows 7
    •
    • Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
    • Click on the Start button. This is the small round button with the Windows flag in the lower left corner.
    • Click on the Control Panel menu option.
    • When the control panel opens click on the Appearance and Personalization link.
    • Under the Folder Options category, click on Show Hidden Files or Folders.
    • Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files, folders, or drives.
    • Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide extensions for known file types.
    • Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
    • Press the Apply button and then the OK button..
    • Now Windows 7 is configured to show all hidden files.
    Next......
    •  Please go to: VirusTotal
On the page you'll find a "Choose File" button.
Click on the Choose File button.
In the Choose File to Upload window which opens, copy and paste this into the File Name box.

      C:\Users\tenis\AppData\Roaming\VXVM
      C:\Users\tenis\AppData\Roaming\CNQPXV
      C:\Users\tenis\AppData\Local\TvdPQYZDM8p8O
      C:\ProgramData\fontcacheev1.dat

      Next, click the Open button.
Then click the "Scan It!" button just below.
This will scan the file. Please be patient.
If you get a message saying File has already been analyzed: click Reanalyze file now
Once scanned, copy and paste the link to the results page in your next reply.

Hi tenisverma,

The following is referring to TuneUp Utilities.
Please be aware that bleepingcomputer staff do not recommend the usage of registry cleaners / tools due to the following facts:

  • Registry tools can cause irreparable damage to your Operating System
  • Registry tools can, as a result of the above, render your pc to be inoperable.

This is done, assuming that the major audience here at this board might be inexperienced users and thus a suggested safeguard from our side.
If you feel you have the need for a registry cleaner, then you are just as welcome to keep it. This is what we refer to an "optional fix" and is up to the user, so just take this as a recommendation from my side.

For more information about why you should avoid using a such programs please take a look here => Registry Cleaners and System Tweaking Tools

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please uninstall the following via Start->(or Computer)->Control Panel->(Programs)->Programs and Features if it still exists:
Please uninstall the following applications:
