I followed the help you gave to MATTBIEL with his problem on

30-dllhostexe32-com-surrogate-processes-are-running. I tried to follow the exact same steps to solve the problem my system is experiencing, but of course I found out that the "fixlist.txt" files were unique to his system. I have run the FRST scan tool and have both files generated by it. I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide and will wait to hear from you. I am running a Dell 64 bit Studio machine with Win 7. Any other information you need I will provide.
