HI, I have battling this problem for months. I have gone through a very comprehensive virus (rootkit) and other issues in another forum. I mentioned the blue screen of death and didn't get an answer on that issue.

I'm assuming it isn't a virus, but not sure.

I recently ran a chkdsk with the following command on the dos prompt: chkdsk C: *.* /f/v/r/x/i/c

Results are below.

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Hi Louis,

Thank you for the help. Here is the link  fro Speccy: http://i.imgur.com/JmYsp.png

The MiniToolbox program locks up. It locks up all the time at this point : "Getting Office Session Errors 1119". The only way for me to stop the program after it locks up is to go to the Task Manager

Please...read/folow the instructions for Speccy which were provided.  Without that data, we have nothing to work with, IMO.

Please run chkdsk /r

Chkdsk /r checks for bad sectors on the hdd and recovers any readable information.

Click on the Start orb and type in cmd in the Search programs and files box.  When cmd is seen in Programs above the Search box right click on it, then click on Run as administrator.

You will see a screen similar to the one below.

Screenshot2.jpg

Type in chkdsk c:/r then press Enter.  Please notice the space between the chkdsk and the /r.

You will receieve the message "CHKDSK cannot be run because it is in use by another process.  Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts?  <Y/N>".

Type in Y and press Enter.

Restart your computer to start the scan.

This will take a while to run, please be patient and allow it to complete the scan.

When the scan is finished please download and run ListChkdskResult.

This will open Notepad with the results of the chkdsk scan.  Please copy and then paste this log in your topic.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Again...........The MiniToolbox program locks up. It locks up all the time at this point : "Getting Office Session Errors 1119". The only way for me to stop the program after it locks up is to go to the Task Manager

Can you upload the dump files for analysis.

Go to

C:\Windows\minidump

Upload all those files by copying them to the desktop and compressing them in a single .zip folder.

Or even better, upload a Kernel memory dump.

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Kernel memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:

C:\Windows\memory.dmp

Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

Ok.........frustrated here. Did the memory dump. Right clicked on it, hit the "send" option and nothing came up to zip or compress this huge file. Do I need some sort of program to do this?

Also, anyone have a clue why the MiniToolBox program locks up in the same spot every time?

I just dowloaded 7-zip and tried to compress the MEMORY file and got this error msg: "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error . It did produce a file however and I will share it with you at OneDrive: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=48ECFD231FEF9725!105&authkey=!AN2ndsqTEZGXdso&ithint=folder%2czip

The file is 22 bytes, meaning it won't even open anything.

Your disk drive is failing.

You need to replace it.
