I have just performed a refresh on my laptop, after installing 113 updates and then rebooting it is stalling at 12%. I had this problem when I first got the laptop but I forget how it was resolved. Thanks in advance.

If it is truly stuck, you'd have no other choice but to hard kill it and hope the heck that you can boot back up and if so, try doing Windows Updates in smaller batches, let's say 25 at a time.

All is well in Paradise.

Try doing what Rockysosua has posted. If it restarts. Run  the troubleshooting in the control panel . Before letting it install updates again. Then install in smaller groups as was suggested. Good Luck.
