reinstall and update to latest version of chrome could not help

my screen reslotuions was fine cos other browser like IE,firefox wre working fine.

Reset Zoom to a larger %.  The screenshot appears to quite small...lots of blank space on both sides of the image.  I opened that particular page in Chrome at 95% and got a full display of the web page.
