virus and problem geting rid of them

hey. so i wer trying to do a antivirus serch  but it said that my binnary.dll dident work or wasent instal.  So i went to norton witch antivirus i use and lookt for a soluthen the told me to doawnlod a nother program that will rebot my compter, but evry time i press the rebot buton on that program my windows tells me "it is not awsering" so i whent online to check that up as well and they told me to go in to my "run box" and typ in " msconfig" so i did. but the windows says it is not working or not instald.  

 

how the hel do i fix this?

I don't know how to fix your problem. It sounds like you have been infected.

Because of that I'm going to ask a moderator to move your thread into the correct forum so you can get the help you need.
