I am useing Malwarebytes pro everything enabled with bitdefender total 2015. I allowed bitdefender in malwarebytes like this in malware exclusions I added the bitdefender folder to it C:program\files\bitdefender. The problam I'am having is no bitdefender toolbar firefox and web advisor just load like blue cricle in web search. I was told by bitdefender support it good be because malwarebytes. They told me to uninstall it. Any one here running bitdefender and malwarebytes pro?

A quick Google Search indicates this is an issue which has been reported several times before to both Bitdefender and Malwarebytes.

You added exclusion in Malwarebytes for Bitdfender but did you also add exclusions for Malwarebytes in Bitdefender as suggested in this discussion topic?

If you did and that did not help...since you posted the same topic at the Malwarebytes forum, I would wait on one of their staff to reply as they may need to investigate.

If one of the Staff or Honorary Members ask you to run some "Diagnostic Logs", please refer to this topic and post the logs in your original Malwarebytes topic, not here.

Yeah I excluded malwarebytes in bitdefender and bitdefender in malwarebytes. I did a clean uninstall with malwarebytes tool and the bitdefender web advisor started working

Odd that the web advisor did not work the first time you did that.
