I am  looking for a mobile chat software, which should have the following features:

1- IM between company employees

2- File Sharing (audio/video/image)

3- Chat server should installed locally in the company

Any Idea would be highly appreciable.

Self edit to ask:

Curious as to what OS is running on your server, and do all employees have the same "mobile phone?" (i.e. Android, Windows, iOS device)

What mobile platforms need to be supported? Windows, ios, Android, Blackberry, Tizen some or all of the preceding? Or possibly something I've left out as well? BYOOS creates it's own set of headaches in the enterprise world for system integration.
