I have been checking with this site for sometime now trying to get some help..I proobly do not explain myself well.. I do not know what to call yhe problem I have.. Hacked.I dont no..It is like I am a virtual computer on a net work.. I loose all rights to open files even get on internet..I will explain anything to anyone who wants to help.. I say too much and you think .......I have to reinstall window alot after last install yesterday discovered files I could not open or they seemed emptyand should not of been there after a clean install like ten thousand plus music files that I did not have authority to oprn...Long story short discovered a new to me parent directory.. Useing a cloud browser Maxthon or Spark if I drag the file into browser I found a whole other system with programs that block me from opening or seeing.. I do not want to send anything without asking.. I hope I can keep being able to view I dont understand xml files but that is what alot is templets from what I can make out when computer shuts down it loads or uninstalls .. Hope to hear from someone... PLEASE take a look at what I have.. Scans do not pick up.. I have sounds turned off on the volume control I have systen sounds muteed and still when I try to run certain programs it will beep.. Thanks

   Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
