Hi, I'm sorry to be the nth person to request help for this problem (I blame the Sims 4), but as I understand the fixlist is different per computer, so I'll post my own logs in hopes of getting help. I've tried many different removal tools, but nothing has worked so far. You are my last hope!

Edit: added DDS.txt.

Hi,

I blame the Sims 4

You'd better blame yourself for downloading a cracked version of it via torrent.

Does this resolve it?

Please download this attached Attached File  fixlist.txt   149bytes   10 downloads and save it in the same directory as FRST.
  • Start FRST with Administrator privileges.
  • Press the Fix button.
  • When finished, a log file (Fixlog.txt) pops up and is saved to the same location the tool was run from.
Please copy and paste its contents in your next reply.

Hi aharonov,

Thank you very much for your help! It seems to have done the trick!

I completely agree. It was foolish of me and I won't be doing that again. Lesson learned.

Thanks again!
