My dad bleeped up my PC

okay, so he was trying to prevent me from playing so he did this, http://prntscr.com/4mgn0w TO ALL USERS

Now, I can't access C:/ Neither D:/ And I can't even edit it to ALLOW because modify is disabled too, here is a picture of 2 drives http://prntscr.com/4mgn8n that I can't access

anyone can help me please to access my C:/, D:/ again? I can open my documents etc.. but I can't access 80% of the files, someone please help me fast as possible, Thanks!

You would have to have an Administrator user account in order to change the permissions back.  If your father is savvy enough to do this, I don't see him leaving you with a means of reversing this.
