I am reading different info on a file I found on my sister's Windows 7 pc.  I found c:\extensions.sqlite.  She has a horrible virus or at least something is keeping her from downloading anything.  Every attempt says it is a virus and it is deleted.  I have a pc with Windows 7 and I do not find any mention of this file.  Please help me help her.
