Recently I was watching a video online and mid video it stopped working and my pc started to sluggishly load programs and any games that I play. I did a a few restarts thinking my memory needed to be reset but it was still sluggish even on the first file open after restart.  After looking around on a few forums i took a look at processes, and at that time had 119 instances of host.dll, in safe mode it is not as bad but still sluggish.

Are you referring to dllhost.exe or are you sure it is host.dll?

And is it running constantly at 100% Processes?
