I would uninstall Vaio Care...it's just a rebranded version of Iolo System Mechanic that Sony threw on unsuspecting users.

"Sony  has partnered with iolo technologies to provide even more services to improve your computers speed and reliability. Take advantage of the VAIO Care Premium Tools discount exclusively available for VAIO Care users."  From http://esupport.sony.com/US/VAIOCare .

Marioo,

I cannot recommend any other single utility to perform overall "Tune Up" of your computer, as most of the programs that promise to "fix everything" usually cause problems, sometimes serious problems.

Perhaps if you could describe what specfic computer isues you are concerned with, we can then recommend safe programs that specifically target each issue.  For example, using Speccy to obtain details on your computer hardware, or using Defraggler to obtain a more visual display of disk degragmentation.  You get the idea, I hope.

Thanks.
