no booting et al

anytime i put this compact mini on, what i got back is (f9) booting options and (f10) BIOS INPUT

Welcome,

Have you tried enterinig the BIOS options to see if it will boot?

It sounds like the CMOS battery isn't holding the settings as it should

Not familiar with to hardware, does it have an installation disk? Can you boot from that?
