Hello ha!

My name's Leah and I stumbled accross this site when browsing Microsoft.

Er, I'm 26, Female and gone from Beauty to geek (Well career - wise anyway!)

I have been in the IT industry - providing technical support for three years now. Before I was in Beauty, but got fed up and wanted to do something that would reflect me (and the fact that I have A-levels and a HND) a bit more.

Anyways, because I have only been in the industry for a few years, my knowledge is shocking in some areas, but excellent in others.

I have landed myself a really decent little technical support job, and want to become a valid asset to the peops I work for cos it's a lovely little company!!

I've decided to try and get more clued up all-round so I can advance both at work and home.

I've just passed my first MCP which was 70-271 so am getting there, but I thought that regularly coming to sites like this will be a great help too....

Anyways, enough about me...

Nice to meet you all,

Leah x

Welcome to BC!
Browsing technical forums like BC is an excellent way to learn new areas of computing. Don't forget to look at the Tutorial section as well as the forum threads. Naturally, if you read about a member with a problem you can help with, don't hesitate to post a reply.
