For windows vista, I'm looking for a program (or something like it) that will run in the system tray and monitor if an exe is running or not. For example, if some background process runs, then the system tray icon would be green, but if the process was not running, the icon would be grey.

Anybody know of a program like that? I'm having no luck finding one.
