BSOD when doing multiple things. BAD_POOL_HEADER

I keeping getting a BSOD when i play GW2 WvWvW on max settings. I also get it when i'm doing multiple things, like playing a game while talking and sharing screens on Skype. It happens when i'm doing things that will need more memory i guess.

I just got another BSOD when all I was doing was watching a live stream. This time it was CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I tried getting the .dmp but it said it was corrupted.
