Here is a link to an issue I was having this past spring:

I'm still having troubles with my computer only things are beginning to slow down even more. Even Microsoft Word is slow and often shuts down. I have Norton & Malwarebytes on my computer. Norton says I'm clean, but Malwarebytes finds something new everyday. There was a pop-up from Norton the that caught my attention about widevinecdm.dll, but had no information about it.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue for good?
