I have always used 3 websites to watch tv programmes and on the odd occasion films , now that was fine on windows 7 everything work perfect i never had issue with watching anything. However ive just got the Lenovo G505 laptop with windows 8.1 and i cant get past a few minutes of watching anything not even on bbc iplayer ! I need to know if there is some software i need to download or something my laptop is like my savior from really bad soap operas.
Please can someone point me in the right direction im what would be called a spoiled novice when it comes to this sort of thing in the past ive had an on screen warning that ive not got a plugin or the like but on this laptop its not happening for me at all .

Thank you ! x

What browser are you using? Do you have the latest version of Flash? Are you using a proxy?

Try a different browser. See if it does the same thing.
