Help Please ntuser.dat file deleted

I accidentally deleted ntuser.dat file and now my computer will only boot up with temp user...can I somehow replace this file and if so how. Please contact me if you can help. I'll check back here or you can email me at removed to protect from spam bots. ~ OB
